Today the Humane Society of Charlotte broke ground on their new Animal Resource Center! The new HSC Animal Resource Center will maintain focus on the organization’s current mission of improving the lives of pets & the people that love them while also expanding access to affordable pet health & wellness services, creating youth education programs, and building long-term relationships with the Charlotte community.
